TERMS & CONDITIONS

The following Terms & Conditions apply to the reservations made through www.pinacoloradas.com website between the Guest and Piña Coloradas: 

 

Reservations

The reservation is validated after receipt of payment of the full price.

Reservations only concern dates, rooms and number of Guests mentioned in the validation email sent from pinacoloradas@gmail.com to the Guest.

Reservations do not include exclusive use of the whole house for Guest own purposes, unless a reservation for the whole house has been requested and payment has been made accordingly.

 

Hours

Check-in: from 3 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. *
Check-out: at 10 a.m. *
Breakfast is served between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m.

Our team is at the house from 7 a.m. at 10 p.m. After 10 p.m. the common areas (living room and kitchen) are closed and the entrances and exits are made through the side doors of the property.
* After these hours, there will be an extra charge of $ 100 mxn. Please let us know in case of delay.

 

Use of common areas

The common areas (living room and kitchen) are open from 7 am to 10 pm. The preparation of meals (use of the stove and refrigerator) is reserved for staff and therefore prohibited for Guests. Utensils such as plates and glasses can be provided by the team at your request. If you need anything outside of these hours, please don’t hesitate to ask the team during business hours so they can help you.

The house is non-smoking.
No parties are allowed in the house.

 

Pets

Pets can be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Pets should not be very tall and should be quiet.
  • Pets must be kept on a leash and under the supervision of their owners inside the property.
  • The owners must bring their pet’s food and bed, they are not allowed to sleep on the beds of the rooms.
  • Waste generated by pets should be collected by owners. Animals are not allowed in the kitchen area.
  • A security deposit of $ 1,000 mxn per room will be requested upon check-in. This is fully restored upon departure if no damage has been done to the room. In the event of material damage, a deduction will be applied from the security deposit left.

 

Cancellation policy

In the event of cancellation of the reservation by the Guest, it is fully refundable up to 30 days before the date of arrival. The refund will be up to 50% for cancellations made at least 15 days before the date of arrival. No refunds for cancellations made within 15 days of arrival date.
